Samrina's career began as a pharmacist earning her Master of Pharmacy (Hons) from King's College London, and her impactful contributions in the field earned her the Emerging Leader Distinguished Alumni Award. Her commitment to advancing the sector has also been recognised by the prestigious national ‘Future Digital Leader of the Year’ award and the ‘NHS70 Women Leadership Award.’Samrina Bhatti joined PwC Consulting as a Director in January 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a pharmacist’s background that informs her substantial contributions to digital healthcare advisory projects. Her leadership of multidisciplinary teams has facilitated significant advancements locally and nationally in patient-centric healthcare systems across England.

Before her tenure at EY, Samrina was known for her dedication to enhancing patient lives and outcomes at NHS England. As a consultant, she has not only contributed to EY’s success but has played a vital role in improving the healthcare sector overall which awarded the position of MCA Finalist 2024.Samrina was a pivotal figure at EY, where she led digital healthcare projects. Her work on NHS England's Data Protection and Digital Bill significantly improved data flow and patient outcomes across the healthcare system.
